MyPersonnel Department provides solutions equivalent to any HR/Personnel function but at a much lower cost and without the overheads. We can provide you with the guidance and support you need as and when you need it providing a 24 hour service.

At times it is easier to speak to someone who has experience and knowledge in a field. We will come out to you, understand the real issues facing your business, assess the situation and advise and support accordingly.
Specific Requirements
There will be times when you are faced with specific problems that needs addressing very quickly eg a disciplinary investigation. Again, we can support this within a set timeframe. In such cases time is of the essence and a resolution is usually required very quickly in a stressful situation. There may be other project requirements that cannot be addressed through the internal resource and in this cases the PD will be able to advise you on these. As we have a varied range of skills and expertise across HR we will be able to match the right resource to support you.
Regular Updates
We are holding short sessions every quarter to cover key topics and upcoming changes. You can attend these and share experiences and issues with other similar organisations facing similar challenges. There will also be a regular 'HR Happy Hour' set aside each month for you to call with any queries that will be logged for all members to view -watch the calendar for thsese!
The Team
The service is run by a professionally qualifed team with over 20 years of experience in this field and are members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
